Beat the Frog is a great way for new acts to hone their craft by learning on stage how to keep an audience on side for 5 mins with the audience deciding who stays and who goes.

How beat the frog works & our story
Beat the Frog has been running at the Frog and Bucket since 2003. Before then we had a few other names including ‘Raw’ and ‘Best of British’. Some of the biggest names have tried their luck and never looked back such as John Bishop, Sarah Millican, Peter Kay, Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Ola Labib, Eshaan Akbar, Gbemi Oladipo, Jamie Hutchinson, Adam Rowe, Dan Nightingale, Josh Jones, Bethany Black, Jack Whitehall, Sophie Willan & Johnny Vegas to name a few
